Our automatic lathes are designed to meet the highest requirements regarding
quality and long service life.
The CNC Automatic Lathes enterprise is continuously expanding. In September
2001, the subsidiary CNC Automatic Lathes was founded in Haute-Savoy/France.
Furthermore, in November 2001, the offices of CNC Automatic Lathes were
moved from Brüttisellen to Otelfingen. The new CNC Automatic Lathes
premises (more than 900m2) are geographically still central located, offer
a higher stock capacity, a bright and generous show room as well as a
modern training centre.
This CNC Automatic Lathes machine with a diameter range up to Ø
20 mm is suitable for heavy-duty cutting as well as thread whirling.

multiple tool holders and gang tool station.
Also available is the CNC Automatic Lathes SV-12 with a smaller machining
capacity of Ø 12 mm, especially suitable for the medical range.
CNC Automatic Lathes multi-axes machine up to Ø 32 mm of outstanding
capability, creating high added value in high precision complex machining
of difficult materials as well as thread whirling.
The stable turret with CNC Automatic Lathes 10 tool stations can be moved
in 3 axes.
The additional CNC Automatic Lathes gang type, 2-axes movement and both
power-driven and stationary tools allow versatility and speed.

Also available is the CNC Automatic Lathes ECAS-12 with a smaller machining
capacity of Ø 12 mm, diameter especially suitable for small parts
and the watch industry.

Up to 50 CNC Automatic Lathes tools can be taken at the same time.
